Target at the Quarry (Johnson St/New Brighton Blvd and 35W) has Costco Alpha Omega Elite car seats (5 to 100 lbs) on clearance for $40.00 (regularly $160). I'm guessing most of the Targets have this as well, usually clearance is at all stores. They also had an Eddie Bauer and a Graco (I think) on severe clearance. Just figured there might be some out there who needed replacement or new seats.

Anyone have a babysitter they reccomend?? We need one probably on a regular basis for Friday nights starting in april to watch Bella. We both will probably work that night, so they have to put her to bed and then either clean or sleep themselves.
And how much do you pay a babysitter/nanny?? I don't want some 16 year old.. that scares me. Or am I just a wierdo??
Well its come. I have jury duty on the 5th for up to two weeks. So now we need to search for someone to come to our house to watch Bella. I really don't want to send her to a day care, because we are just getting her used to sleeping on her own. And I don't want her put in a crib and ignored if the daycare is busy.
Paul could take SOME of the time off, but 2 weeks just isn't going to work. And if I am gone all day, I am going to need to pump. Greeeeeeaaaaat. I really missed it. Psshh!
Anyone know any good babysitters/nannys they trust around here??
crossposted to my journal too..
Long story short-
Lost job back in October
Can't find new job to save my ever loving soul
The welfare system blows and every month they find a new way to screw me...this time by dropping me all together.
I am now 7 months pregnant and I STILL need a job.
Does anyone know of anywhere that would be considerate about hiring a rediculously pregnant woman?
10 key, 55wpm, data entry, order entry, reception, customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, retail, gas stations, coffee shops. You name it I've prolly done it, or at the very least can figure it out.
Thanks to you all in advance I appreciate it.
(West Metro/Minneapolis area preferably)
Are we still on for tomorrow, everyone?
Lisa, I can't get the Elmo tomorrow, I had to spend that money on co-pays for my sick and dentally challenged kids this weekend. I do want it!
Somewhat OT, but:
Does anyone need a rocking chair? I've got a nice oak one that needs a new home. It's lovely, really, but there's no good place for it to go and nobody sits in it except the cats.
I'll deliver it within Minneapolis/St. Paul if you need - it'll fit in the backseat of a compact car, but doesn't leave room for carseats or the other assorted crap that so many of us accumulate in our cars.
